Fernand Tremblay

Fernand has been addicted to motorcycles for over 40 years, while young, he was modifying his bicycle for off road riding. He remembers his heavy and lazy Enduro 125 1972 Yamaha, Suzuki DR, Yamaha DT and IT200 and many others. Fernand, Fern  for his friends, has always loved riding on paved roads … but still prefers the more impossible situations that brings the off road riding. In recent years he started to ride dual-purpose bikes while still riding off road enduro. ‘I sold my KTM 640 Adventure this spring to buy a 950, but I have no intent to sell my KTM 250 EXC, this is sacred! ” he says.
Being a firefighter in Quebec City, his work schedule allows him to ride and spend time with his family, which he really enjoys. He was also involved in the Enduro Club of Quebec a few years ago and he still organize the famous Mékinak weekend in July each year. This is Yan who spoke of this Trans America challenge some time ago, at first he was not really attracted … But when he saw pictures of other adventurers who rode the Trans America Trail, a spark lit the explosive mixture … Fern – motorcycle.
